Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, withdrawal requests, refunds, damaged items, cancellations, and return shipping are handled for orders placed through www.dollarwaystore.com.
Dollarwaystore is operated by Easy Group Kft., a limited liability company registered in Hungary.
1. Return Window and Right of Withdrawal
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after the date of delivery.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases, subject to legal exceptions. This means you may cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order without giving a reason.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal request before the 14-day period expires.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item should:
Be unused and in its original condition
Include original packaging, tags, accessories, parts, and manuals where applicable
Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or confirmation email
You may inspect the product in a way that is reasonably necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, you may be responsible for any reduction in value, where permitted by applicable law.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds may be refused for items that are not eligible, including where applicable:
Used, damaged, or altered items not caused by us
Items returned after the applicable return window
Personalized or custom-made items
Perishable goods
Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
Items clearly marked as non-returnable where permitted by law
This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email support@dollarwaystore.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
In your message, please include:
Your order number
Your full name
The email address used for the order
The item you want to return
A short note explaining whether this is a withdrawal, return request, damage issue, incorrect item, or another concern
If your return is approved, we will provide return authorization and return instructions. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
For large or heavy furniture items such as sofas, bookcases, media consoles, tables, cabinets, or similar bulky products, return shipping costs may be higher than standard parcel returns.
Estimated return shipping cost for heavy or bulky items is usually between HUF 10,000 and HUF 30,000, depending on the item size, weight, pickup location, delivery address, and courier service. The final return cost will be confirmed before the return shipment or pickup is arranged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage until the return is fully completed.
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
6. Returning the Item
After your return request is approved, you should send the item back without undue delay and within 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal or return request, unless we provide different instructions required by law or the specific return case.
The item should be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transport.
We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery or without prior return authorization, unless we have clearly agreed to this in writing.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, color, size, or variation, please contact us first. If eligible, you may return the original item under this policy and place a new order.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dollarwaystore.com.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label where available
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, price reduction, or another remedy required by applicable consumer law.
9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Where required by applicable consumer law, refunds related to a valid withdrawal request will be handled within the legally required timeframe. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever happens first.
Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method used for the order, unless another method is agreed or technically required.
10. Original Delivery Costs
If you withdraw from an eligible purchase, we will refund the payments received for the returned product and the standard delivery cost, if any standard delivery cost was paid with the order.
If you selected a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by our store, we are not required to refund the extra cost of the more expensive delivery method, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dollarwaystore.com.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the return process may apply after delivery, subject to this policy and applicable law.
