Orders may be shipped using DHL, DPD, GLS, PostNL, or other trusted European courier partners depending on the delivery destination, item size, and carrier availability. The carrier name and tracking details will be provided in the shipping confirmation email after dispatch where tracking is available.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are usually processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated standard delivery time is 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery address and courier service.
